William E. Watchorn
Financial Executive
William E. Watchorn is a Financial Executive who has over 31 years experience in senior
financial and operating management positions.
In 1991, he led the management buyout
of the Industrial Group of Federal Industries Ltd., creating ENSIS Corporation.
Prior to establishing ENSIS Corporation, he was CFO of Federal Industries Ltd. and
held senior management positions with Torstar Corporation, Selkirk Holdings Limited,
Foundation Group of Companies, CanWest Capital Corporation, and Kaiser Resources
Ltd.
Additionally, Watchorn serves on the Board of Directors of the CSA Group, a not-for-profit association that includes the Canadian Standards Association.
